Nine scientific research papers have been published in the journal Animal Frontiers, confirming the critical role of red meat and livestock for our society, arguing that animal agriculture is key to challenges around climate change and global food security.
These papers and the special edition of Animal Frontiers has been in development since the Dublin Summit last October, while also building on the Dublin Declaration of scientists, which has been signed by over 900 scientists in support of the important role of red meat. It also follows the Australian Good Meat Summit last month.
